County Court May Term AD 1856 May 19th
for the County of Kerr & State of Texas it being
the first Court held in said county there being no
place provided at the County site therefore it was
appointed by the Chief Justice & C. Commissioners that
said Court should be held at G. M. Ridleys on
the Gaudiloupe (sp) River.
