Court opened on Monday 19th May at 1 O'clock
present the honorable J. Scott Chief Justice
T.A. Saner Wm. Hindrix G.M. Ridley
E.A. McFadin Commissioners
Be it ordered by the Honorable County Court
of Kerr County that said County be and is
hereby divided into two Justice districts to
be styled (?) No's 1 & 2 to wit as follows beginning
where the East and west line of said County
crosses Cow Creek a branch of Medina River
running on a strate (sp?) line to the mouth of Cypress
Creek a branch of the Gaudiloupe (sp?) River thence up
said creek to the mouth of North Creek a branch of
said Cypress Creek thence a due North course to
the North boundary line of said County; the upper
part or division of said County shall be styled (?)
District No 1 and the Election to be held at the
Residence of G. M. Ridley. The lower part or division
to be styled (?) District No 2 and the Election to be
held at residence of James S. Brown.
