Be it ordered by the Honorable County Court of
Kerr County that there shall be a second class
road reviewed and located leading from Kerrville
to the North bank of the Gaudiloupe (sp) River at
Brownsborough by the way of Comfort and shall be
laid out to the best advantage to the Citizens and
traveling public and the nearest and best route.
