May Term County Court AD 1856
Be it ordered by the Honorable County Court
of Kerr County that the Court receive the bid
of Wm. B. Hindrix on the contract for the
building of a temporary court house which is
one hundred dollars and that the said contract
be and is hereby given to said Wm. B. Hindrix
upon the condition that he fills the last
named order of said Court before this and that
said house shall be finished and completed by
the Eleventh day of August AD 1856 and that he
shall be paid out of the County Treasury at
such time as this Court may appoint.
