It is further decreed that any person interested
in the Town of Kerrsville (sp) who will take and
fulfill the proposal of the Court to cut out the
streets and public square - as herein after
described as follows to wit: that whoever cuts
timbers on the streets or square shall clean out
the streets to within ten feet on each side of
said streets and cut out all the undergrowth
when the limber (sp) is left and to clean away all
the brush and wood so made by the cutting out of
said street, and the square to be cut out within
thirty feet of all front lots except the necessary
shade trees the same as the above described streets, no
stumps over six inches high.
