It is further decreed that James S. Brown be and
is hereby appointed Overseer of the San Antonio
& Fredericksburg Road as laid out by appointment
of Bexar County Court between the Gillespie
County line and the Comal County line and that
said part of said road be made a road precinct
and the hands living below flat rock creek
shall be liable to work on the last named road
also that Adam Voigt be appointed on that
part of same said road in the south east
corner of this county running through said
corner of the county and that all the hands
liable to work on roads on the waters of
the Cibalo Creek in Kerr County shall be
liable to work under said Adam Voigt.
