November Term Commissioners Court AD 1856
Court opened on Monday the 17th day
of November AD 1856 at 10 O'clock AM,
present the Honorable Jonathan Scott
Chief Justice and E.A. McFadin, T.A. Saner
and George M. Ridley Commissioners.
Upon consideration of the Court it is ordered
adjudged and decreed that there be and is
hereby appointed five commissioners to review
a road from Comfort. Intersecting the
Fredericksburg and San Antonio road on
the nearest and most practicable route
thereof. Names of reviewers, O. Hadder,
Theo Wiedenfeld, Wm. Heuermann, R.E. Brown and
J. Conner.
