Upon the presentation of the account of W.D.C.
Burney Sheriff in the case of Wm. Fowler in the
District Court for sixty five dollars be and
the same is hereby audited by the Court and
that the clerk be and is hereby ordered to issue
a certificate for the above amount, to be paid by
and at such time as the Treasurer may have the funds
on hand. After the payment of such debts
as shall be audited by the County Court to
be paid before this account is paid.
