Upon the presentation of the account of the
Sheriff, W.D.C. Burney for waiting on the courts,
serving notices on Jurors and other Public Duties
be received and that the same be and is hereby
assessed at twenty five dollars for the present
year 1856, and that the Clerk be and is hereby
auythorized and required to issue an order to the
Treasurer for that amount.
