Upon consideration of the County Court
it is ordered adjudged and decreed that the
Road Precinct No. 1 be and is hereby divided
into two Road Precincts dividing the first
named Precinct, beginning at the head of
Silver Creek thence south said creek to the mouth
thence in a strait line to the Bandera Pass
and that Joshua D. Brown be and is hereby
appointed Overseer of the upper or Kerrsville
Precinct, and that Dr. J.C. Ridley be and is
hereby appointed Overseer of that part of
the Road between Silver Creek and Comfort
it is further ordered that said Ridley
shall have all the hands in his precinct
and that said Brown shall have all the
hands in his Precinct to work under him.
