County of Kerr
Road report - it is ordered adjudged and decreed that the
report as made out by R.E. Brown, Theodore Wiedenfeld and
o. Hadder uppon the reviewing of a road leading from Cypress
Creek intersecting the San Antonio & Fredericksburg road
be and the same is hereby received and that said road be and
is hereby made a first class road, and that the portion of
the County road between Comfort and J.S. Brown be
discontined, and that Ernest Altgelt be and is hereby
appointed Overseer of said road leading from Cypress Creek
in the direction of San Antonio and that said Overseer have
all the hands below Cypress Creek and on a direct NE line
from the mouth of North Creek down as far as the divide between
the Cibalo and Gaudiloupe rivers.
