County of Kerr
Be it ordered adjudged and decreed that
the account of D.A. Rees for books, stationary
etc. of fifty nine dollars and 50 cents be and
the same is hereby audited and received and that
there be an order issued payable by the
County Treasurer out of the first money collected
by said Treasurer, as also the account
of said Rees for services as Clk of the County
Court of said County for the year 1856 as
forty dollars and that there be a certificate
issued payable as soon as the
Treasurer may have the money on hand.
