County of Kerr
Alteration of Election Pct. No. 2
it is ordered adjudged and decreed that the
line of said precinct be so altered that the
line between No.l and No. 2 be divided as follows
To wit the line to run due North and South
from the upper River corner of survey No. 54
granted to F. Abumas to the county line on
each side and the poll established at Comfort
and that Rufus E. Brown be continued as
presiding officer of said precinct for the year
AD 1857.
