It is further ordered that the report as handed
in by the commissioners appointed at the November
Term of said court to review a road from Kerrsville
in the direction of Fredericksburg to the county line
of Gillespie County be and the same is hereby received,
as marked by them. It is further ordered that said
road as marked out be made a first class County road
and that Joseph Sholts be and is hereby
appointed Overseer of said road and that said Sholts
have all the hands liable to work on roads in the
vicinity of Kerrsville as low down as Silver Creek
and shall have power to cause all the hands in the
above bounds to work on said road until the same shall
be opened.
