It is further ordered that the Treasurer of the
County be notified that he shall not pay the
account of J.P. Phillips heretofore audited
by this court of thirty nine dollars or any pro
rata share thereof until said Phillips shall
have paid into the County Treasury all the fines
imposed and collected by him as Justice of the
Peace of Kerr County while he acted as such
Justice.
