Whereas the office of Assessor & Collector has
become vacant by the absconding of P.M. Nelson
our former Assessor & Collector. Therefore it
is ordered, adjudged and decreed that Theodore
Wiedenfeld be and is hereby appointed Assessor
& Collector of Taxes of said County for the
unexpired term of two years commencing August
4th 1856.
