It is further ordered that the Chief Justice
issue a certificate to the Comptroller as to the
amount of the receipts given out by P.M. Nelson
our former Assessor & Collector, which amount
total is one hundred and forty nine and 53/100
dollars (149.53) for State Tax, $74.76 for County
Tax.
It is further ordered that the Chief Justice
be authorized to issue an order to the Treasurer
for the distribution share of the school fund
belonging to said County and further that he be
authorized to certify as to the diligence used by
Th. Wiedenfeld as Assessor & Collector.
