It is further ordered that Theodore Wiedenfeld
be and is hereby appointed Overseer of that part
of the county road leading from Comfort into the
San Antonio road and the said Wiedenfeld to have
all the hands liable to work on roads living below
a strait line below the mouth of North Creek across
Cypress Creek.
