a.34.58.txt Personally appeared in open court Adolph Rosenthall and made application to be admitted a citizen of the United States of America, and in support of his said application proved by F. Berger and Wm. Telgemann, both citizens of this state, that the said Adolph Rosenthall has resided within the limits of the United States of America for more than five years last past and the last year thereof in this State and that during that time he has behaved as a man of good moral character attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same and the said Adolph Rosenthall that he has faithfully complied with all the requirements of the naturalization laws of the United States Congress and is entitled to the benefits of the same, and he also having made oath that he will support the Constitution of the United States of America, and he having entirely renounced and abjured (?) all allegiance and fidellity to any foreign prince, potentate, State or sovreignty whatever, and particularly to the King of Prusia of whom before he was a subject. It is therefore ordered that the said Adolph Rosenthall be and he is hereby admitted a citizen of the United States of America, and that letters of citizenship issue accordingly.
