It is further ordered and adjudged that F.H.
Schladoer be and is hereby appointed Road
Overseer on the Comfort and Kerrsville road
leading from Comfort as far up as Silver
Creek and the said Overseer to have all the
hands liable to road duty from Altgelt Mill
on south side Cypress Creek and the hands on
north side of the Guadalupe River as far up
as Silver Creek and all the hands on the south
side of the Guadalupe River as far up as Murry
survey on said river.
