It is further ordered and decreed that J.D. Brown
be and is hereby appointed Road Overseer on the
Kerrsville road leading from Silver Creek as far
up as Quinlan Creek, and the said Overseer to have
all the hands liable to road duty from the said
Silver Creek to Quinlan Creek on the north side
of the Guadalupe River.
