It is further ordered and decreed that W.C.
Boerner be and is hereby appointed Road
Overseer on the road leading from Comfort
toward Fredericksburg as far as the county
line of Kerr County. Said overseer to have
all the hands liable to road duty north of
the Kerrsville or north of Altgelt Mill.
