It is further ordered and decreed that the Chief

simple unto C.H. Bullard & wife for Lot No 13 in
Block No 117 in exchange for Lot No 117 in Block
No 1 in Kerrsville County & State aforesaid, the
said county to be at no expense whatever in said
exchange.
