It is ordered and decreed that D. Walker
being Sheriff of Kerr County having absented
himself out of the county on the 12th day of
March 1859 and his surities having surrended
him up on the 28th day of April 1859 that said
D. Walker have thirty days from this date to
come forward and renew (?) his bond, otherwise
a new election for sheriff will be ordered.
