The examination of the account of Adolph Rosenthal,
surveyor of Kerr County, for transcribing 245 field
notes from the District Surveyor's Office of Bexar
district (?) map and after a careful examination
of the same it was ordered and adjudged that the
said Rosenthal receive the sum of one hundred thirty
four 75/100 dollars for the said services for which
the Clerk will issue certificate to the County
Treasurer to be paid out of the first money not
otherwise appropriated
