It is further ordered that the County Treasurer
collect one half of the State tax on all hawker
peddlers of goods not manufactured in this State,
and one half of the State tax for keeping a Billiard
table - nine or ten pin alley, and one half of the
State tax for every person or firm keeping a cook
shop resturant or eating house in this County
