Mr. P.F. Celes (sp) by his agent Ernest Altgelt
having presented the County of Kerr by deed of
gift two tracts each containing five acres of
land in the town of Comfort for the use and benefit
of said County of Kerr which was accepted, and
which the Clerk of the County Court is hereby
requested to place on record.
It is further ordered that the Clerk of the
County Court bring his books, papers and archives
to Comfort, the County Seat forthwith.
