It is ordered by the Court that the Clerk shall be
authorized to put up within five days an advertisement
to receive bids for the erection of a courthouse
according to a plan adopted by the Court and laid out
for the inspection of the bidders at the County Clerk's
office, said bids shall be received and opened at the
Courthouse on the 24th day of December A.D. 1860
provided that the contracts shall be given to the
lowest bidder.
