County of Kerr
Be it known and remembered that there was begun and
holden a Term of the County Court of said County in
Comfort the 15th day of February A.D. 1861
present the Hon. Judge Jonathan Scott Chief Justice,
W.A. Williams, Casper Real, Wm. Heuermann & Ed. Steves
Commissioners & Thomas Wiedenfeld Clerk.
Court opened at 10 O'clock A.M. when the following
proceedings were had to wit.
It is ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court that
this book shall be herewith concluded and that a new
one shall commence under the title "Minutes of the
County Court of Kerr County, Book B" and that to end
of this the certificate of the Court and the seal of
the Court shall be affixed.
To certify which we sign herewith our
names and cause the seal of the
County Court to be affixed this day
and year above written.
