and be it further ordered that the said J.D. Brown
draw from the County Treasurer the sum of two hundred
and eighty five dollars: the same having been ordered
to be paid at the January term of said court A.D. 1872
for expenditures in making and repairing the new road
from Kerrville to the County line of said county.
