hood road running soaves said Niohola' lend, and heretofore ea id Niohola has been allowed
the sum of X50.00, and aaoording to ea id agreement, he ie entitled to a further etlaf of ~b0.
it ie therefore ordered that the olerk of this Oourt do issue voucher for the ea id sum of
X60.00 to said Niohola in full for all and any auoh damages ea he may ba entitled to for
the oonatruotion of ea id road.
