by and between A. J. Gibbena and the Commissioners' Court, to build a public road for
%err County, on Kerrville and ;dedina Road on .Lamb's Creek hill aide of said road, which
contract or articles of agreement were approved by this Court.

Commissioner Arthur Real was instructed by the Court to see that the~uinlan
Creek Bridge had attention, and to hlre or contract with some party to make proper repairs
on said bridge.
