On this 13th day of September, 1913, articles of agreement were entered into
by and between A. J. Gibbena and the Commissioners' Oourt, to build a public road for
Kerr County, on Kerrville and :dedina Road on Lamb's Creek hill side of said road, which
contract or articles of agreement were approved by this Court.

Commissioner Arthur Real was inatruoted by the Court to sae that tha~uinlan
Creek Bridge had attention, and to hire or contract with some party to make proper repairs
on said bridge.

land, being about 96242 of an sore, laying outside of hie fence on the Kerrv111e and
Bandera Road, to ;aid Kerr Qounty, for road purposes and agreed and hoe a0oepted therefor
the sum oY Twenty Three Dollars and P~ifty-five Dente, said sum being at the rate of Sixty
Dollars per sore_for said land.
The foregoing miautea from page 48 to b8 inolusive were read and found
Qorreot, in open Court thls August 13th, A.D. 1913 and~wenre approved.
