On this 13th day oP September, 1913, articles of agreement were entered into
by and between A. J. Gibbene and the Commiseionare' Court, to build a public road for
Kerr County, on Kerrville and :Medina Road on Lamb's Creek hill side of said road, whdah
contract or articles of .agreement were approved by this Court.

Commissioner Arthur Real was inatruated by the Court to see that tha~uinlan
Creek Bridge had attention, and to hire or contract with some party to make proper repairs
on said bridge.

It 13 understood by and between the Commissioners' Gourt and D.B.
Wharton, that said D.H.Wharton, has agreed to sell and has sold a freation of an sore of
land, being about 9b/242 of an core, leying outside of hie Pence on the Kerrv111e and
Benders Road, to Bald Kerr county, for road purposes and agreed and tsa6 60oepted therefor
the sum of Twenty Three Dollars and P~ifty-five Dente, said sum being at the rate of Sixty
Dollars per sere for said land.
The foregoing minutes from page 48 to 68 inaluaiva ware read and found
Qorrect, in open Court this August 13th, B.D. 1913 and were approved,
