A. J. Gibbene' Contract.

On this 13th day of September, 1913, articles of agreement were entered into
by and between A. J. Gibbene and the Commissioners' Court, to build a public road for
Barr County, on Kerrville and :dedina Road on Lamb's Creak hill aide of said road, which
contract or articles of agreement were approved by this Court.

Commissioner Arthur Real was instructed by the Court to sea that the~uinlan
Creak Bridge had attention, and to hire or contract with some party to make proper repairs
on said bridge.

It is understood by and between the Commissioner e' court and D.A.
Wharton, that said D.B. Wharton, has agreed to sell and has sold a fraction of an acre of
land, being about 96242 of an sore, laying outside of his fence on the Kerrv111e and
Benders Road, to said Kerr county, for road purposes and agreed and $as agospted therefor
the evm of Twenty Three Dollars and Fifty-five aerate, said sum being at the rate of SizYy
-ollare per sore_for said land.
The foregoing miautea from page 48 to b6 inclusive were rea8 and found
Oorreet, in open Court this August 13th, A.D. 1913 and were approved.
