On this the 10th day of November, 1913, came on to be heard the
petition in writing oP J. E. Palmer and Pi Pty others, being qusliPled voters oP Justice'
Preoinot No. 2, Kerr County, praying for an election in Juatioe Preoinot No. 2 oP said
County to determine whether or not pool halls shall be prohibited in said Justice Preol net
IJO. 2, and said petition being signed by a number oP the qualified voters oP said Preoinc#
No. 2 equal to twenty per cant oP the qualified voters oP said Preoinct No. 2, and the came
being in every respect in conformity with law.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that an election be held on the 6th day of
December, 1913, at the Guadalupe Valley Bank in said Justice's Precinct No. 2, Kerr County,
to determine whether or not pool hallo shall be prohibited in said Juatioe Precinct No. 2,
Kerr County. i7ea1 Caldwell is hereby appointed presiding officer for said ale atlon and
James Sellers, Gao. Ideeke,and Geo. Thomas, era hereby appointed Judges for said election,
and he, the presiding officer, shall within ten days after said election has been held make
due return the reoP to this Court as requirefl by law Por holding a general election. The
ballots Por said election shall have creitten or printed at the top thereof in plain letters
"Official Ballot" and shall have written or nri nt ad thereon the words
