On this the 10th day of November, 1913, came on to be heard the
petition in writing oP J. E. Palmer and P1 Pty others, being quell Pled voters oP Justice'
Preoinot No. 2, $err County, praying for an election in Justice Preoinot No. 2 oP said
County to determine whether or not pool halls shall be prohibited in said Justice Preoi net
t1o. 2, and saifl petition being signed by a number of the qualified voters oP said Precinot
No. 2 equal to twenty per cent of the qualified voters oP said Precinct No. 2, and the same
b Ding in every respect in oontormity with law.
It is there tore ordered by the Court that an election be held on the 6th day of
December, 1913, at the Guadalupe Valley Bank in said Juatioe'e Precinct No. 2, Kerr County,
to determine whether or not pool belle shall be prohibited in said Juetioe Precinot No. 2,
Kerr County. Tdeal Caldwell is hereby appointed presiding offleer for said ele otion and
James Sellers, Geo. Ideeke,and Geo. Thomas, are hereby appolnted Judges for said election,
sad he, the presiding officer, shall within ten days after said eleotion hen been held make
