On this the 10th day oŁ November, 1913, came on to be heard the
petition in writing oY J. E. Palmer and Fifty others, being qualified voters oP Justioe~
Preoinot No. 2, Kerr County, praying For an election in Jnatiee Preoinot No. 2 oP said
County to determine whether or not pool belle shall be prohibited in said Justice Precinct
No. 2, and said petition being signed by a number oY the qualified voters oP said Preoinot
No. 2 equal to twenty per cent of the qualified voters oP said Precinct No. 2, and the game
Doing in every respect in conformity with law.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that an election be held on the 6th day o!
December, 1913, at the Guadalupe Valley Bank in said Juatine's Precinct Mo. 2, Kerr County,
to determine whether or not pool belle shall be prohibited in said Juatioe Precinct No. 2,
Kerr County. Neal Caldwell is hereby appointed presiding officer for said ale anon and
Jamae Sallera, Geo. Macke,and Geo. Thomas, era hereby appolntefl Judges for said election,

It is ordered by the Court that T. A. MoBryde, James Sellers, Virgil Storms, and
E. 0. Hartshorne be each allowed the sum of 9a' 2.00 for holding Stook Law Election in
Election Precinct No. 2, at Center Point, Kerr County, Texas, on October 4, 1913, and that
Louis 1Jeurnberger, Ernst Sehellhase, George P'iedenfeld, and Riohard Dietert, Election
Officers oŁ Voting Precinct TIO. 3, at Cypress Creek School Clouse, and H. J. Heinen, Gustav
Ehlers, Rudolph Herbst, and I3ubert Spenrath, Election Officers of Voting Precinct T1o. 8,
at Lane Valley Sohoul House, both of said voting boxes being in Commissioners' Precinct
Tio. 3 of Kerr County, Texas, be and they are eaoh allowed the sum of ~ 2.00 each for hold-
ing Stock Law Election on October 4, 1913. And that James Sellers, H. J. Heinen, and Louis
Tleurnb erger be each allowed the sum of ~ 2.00 eaoh, extra, Por making due returns of said
elections to County Clerk and County Judge, as prescribod by law.
The Foregoing minutes from pages 60 to 68,inclusive, were read and approved in
open Court this the 12th day of ISOVember, 1913.
