All persons who are legal qualified voters of this State and of this County,and who re-

Election Precinct ISO. 2, at Center Point, Kerr County, Texas, on October 4, 1913, and that
Louis Ueurnberger, Ern at Sohellhase, George Wiedenfeld, and Riohard pietert, Election
Officers of Voting Precinct No. 3, at Cypress Creek Bchool douse, and H. J. Heinen, Gustav
Ehlers, Rudolph Herbst, and Hubert Spenrath, Election Officers of Voting Preoinat Ito. 8,
at Lane Valley Sohool House, both oi' said voting boles being in Commissioners' Precinct
