Dollars be paid out of the Road and Br1dQe Fund of Kerr County, and that the same be le Pt
to the credit of Mrs. R. E. Washburn with and in the hands oP the County Treasurer of
Kerr County, Tease, to be paid to the said Mrs. R. &. Washburn by said Treasurer o£ said
County when the said Mrs. R. E. Washburn shall acoept same in full payment o£ damages in-
