D. 1913, a tyro thi rda maJority of the resident property tea payers who are qualified voters of Road District No. Three of %err County, Teaes, voting at said election, voted in favor o£ the proposition to issue bonds and levy ¢ tax in payment therefor, by a vote of 43 votes for and 9 against the proposition. 1. Therefore, he it ordered by the dommieaioners' Court of %err County, Teaas,ttiat the~ROad Bonds of Road Dist riot No. Three of %err County, Tezae, be called "Road Honda of Road District No. Three of $err County, Tesne," be issued on the 3ai th and crodit oz said Road District No. Three of %err County, Tezae, under and by virtue of an Aot of the first called Session of the Thirty First Legislature, approv efl April 8th, 1909, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining macadamized, gravelled or paved roads and turnpikes, or in aid thereof. 2. Said Bonds shall be numbered consecutively from one to four, inclusive, shall be of the denomination of Five Hundred (y$ 500.00) Dollars each, aggregating Tao Thousand (~; 2000.00) Do llara. 3. They shall be dated Jaguary 10, A. D. 1914, and shall become due and payable twenty years from their date, but may be red~elQable at the pleasure of said Road Alstrict.~ Ido.
