On this the 17th day of December, 1913, the County Commissioners' Court of Kerr ~~
County, Tesae, being convened in Speaiel Session, all the me mbere of said Court being '
present, to wit:

o and passed the following order, to wit:
(~ 1 PJhereas, at an election held for the purpose,ori the 13th day of December, A. D.
1913, a tyro thi rda maJority of the resident property tea payers who are qualified voters
of Road District No. Three of %err County, Teaes, voting at said election, voted in favor
o£ the proposition to issue bonds and levy ¢ tax in payment therefor, by a vote of 43 votes
for and 9 against the proposition.
1. Therefore, he it ordered by the dommieaioners' Court of %err County, Teaas,ttiat
the~ROad Bonds of Road Dist riot No. Three of %err County, Tezae, be called "Road Honda of
Road District No. Three of $err County, Tesne," be issued on the 3ai th and crodit oz said
Road District No. Three of %err County, Tezae, under and by virtue of an Aot of the first
called Session of the Thirty First Legislature, approv efl April 8th, 1909, for the purpose
of constructing and maintaining macadamized, gravelled or paved roads and turnpikes, or in
aid thereof.
2. Said Bonds shall be numbered consecutively from one to four, inclusive, shall
be of the denomination of Five Hundred (y$ 500.00) Dollars each, aggregating Tao Thousand
(~; 2000.00) Do llara.
3. They shall be dated Jaguary 10, A. D. 1914, and shall become due and payable
twenty years from their date, but may be red~elQable at the pleasure of said Road Alstrict.~
Ido. Three o4 Kerr County, Texas, at any timo after five years from their date.
4. They shall bear lnterest at the rate of five per centum per annum, payable oa
the 10th day o£ Apr11 01 eaoh year.
6. Principal and interest shall be payable upon presentation and surrender of

Chas. Schreiner, Banker, Kerrville, Teaaa, or the Chemical National Hank of I1ew York City~r~
N. Y. at the option of the holder.
6. The said bonds shall be eigaed by the County Judge, countersigned by the ~r

County Clerk and registered by the County Trasaurer of Kerr County, Teaas, and the seal ofC
` the Commiasioner~' Court of said County shall be impressod upon each o£ them.
' 7. The tan-similo signature of the County Judge and County Clerk may be litho-
graphed on the coupons attached to said bonds.
_ 8. It is furthor ordered by the Commissioners' Court that to pay tho interest on .
said bonds and create a sinking fund to redeem thorn at rmiturlty, a tea of flue
cents on each one hundred dollars valuation of taxable property in said Road District
No. Three of Kex; County, Tsx&s, shall be annually levied on said property and annually
assessed and colleo$ed, or so much thereof as may be nooeasary, until said bonds with
interest thereon, have been fully paid, said tax is here now l~l'ed for the current year
and so much thereof ae may,be naossaery for eaoh succeeding year while said bonds are

of said Bonds pending their investigation by the Attorney General, and upon their approval
shall have authority to negotiate their sale and receive for the County the proceeds there
