IS ~ The Court authorised Gommisaion Arthur Real to ezeoute a note to Charles
Sahreine=,Banker, Por and in the sum oP eight thousand dollars, bearing interest at the
rate of 8-3~8 per oent per annum from date, the said eight thousand doliere to be applied
on the amount heretofore borrowed by the said Arthur Real Prom Charles Sohraiher, Banker,
on the following datae,to wit:
On August 1 1913, 1000.00.
On January ~ 1814, 3000.00.
On January 2~J, 1914, 3000.00
And such other amounts as are due said bank. Said note on the faith and oreflit oP the
road bond issue No. One, and ie to be paid out of the prooeeds to be derived Prom the sale
oP eaifl bonds oP Road Diatriat No. Ona. The sum hereby authorized to be borrowed is in-
olnaive of all sums heretofore used or borrowed under former orders of this Court,
Cozpmieaioner Arth:tr Rael ie further authorised by this Court to borrow on the
faith and oredlt o£ the road bonds Por Road Distriot Ro. One of Serr Oounty,Tezae, the
further sum not to exoeed twelve thousand doilare, to be paid out of the progseda derived
from the sale oP said bonds of Road Distriot No. One, bearing interest at the rate of 6-3/B
per oent per annum, said twelve thousand dollars to ba borrowed in euoh amount Pxom time to
time ae is neaeseary for the continuance oP the road building sow in progress in Road
Distriot No. One; and said Commissioner Real is authorised to ezaante notes for such sums
as he may borrow under this order.
