Snhreine;,Banker, Por and in the sum of eight thousand dollars, bearing interest at the
rata oY 8-3~8 per oent per annum from date, the said eight thousand dollars to be applied
on the amount heretofore borrowed by the said Arthur Real from Charles Sohraiher, Banker,
on the following datea,to wit:
On August 1 1913 1000.00.
On January ~ 191a, 8000.00.
On January 2~/, 1914, 3000.00

road bond issue No. One, and ie to be paid out of the prooeeda to be derived Prom the sale
of saifl bonds of Road Hiatriot No. One. The sum hereby authorized to be borrowed is in-
olneive oP all sums heretofore used or borrowed under former orders of this Court,
Cogimiaeioner Arthur Real is further authorized by this Court to borrow oa the
Paith and oredlt of the road bonds Por Road Dietriot Ro. One oP Serr Oounty,Tezsa, the
further sum not to eso9ed twelve thousand dollars, to be paid out of the prooeeda derived
from the sale of said bonds oY Road District No. One, bearing interest at the rate of b-3/!
per oant per annum, said twelve thousand dollars to be borrowed in auoh amount Yrom time t<
time ae is neoaesary for the continuanoe of the road building now in progress in Road
Dietriot No. Ona; and said Commissioner Real is authorized to eaeaute notes for such sums
