I S ~ The Court authorised Commission Arthur Real to eaeoute s note to Charles
Sahzedne;,Banker, for and in the sum of eight thousand dollars, bearing interest at the
rate of 6-3/S per oent per annum Prom data, the said eight thousand 8ollara to be applied
on the amount heretofore borrowed by the said Arthur Real from Charles Sohreiher, Banker,
on the following datee,to wit:
On August 1 1918, $ 1000.00.
On January ~ 1914, $$ 3000.00.
On January Ef, 1914, 3000.00
And such other amounts as are due said bank. Said note on the faith and credit of the
road bond issue No. One, and ie to be paid out of the prooeeda to be derived Prom the sale
of said bonds oY Road Distriot No. One. The sum hereby authorized to be borrowed is in-
olnaive of all soma heretofore used or borrowed under Former orders of this Court,
Co[pmiasioner Arth;ir Rael ie further authorised by this Court to borrow on the
Faith and aredit of the road bonds for Road Distriot Ho. One oP 8err County,Tezae, the
Further sum not to eaoeed twelve thousand dollars, to be paid out of the prooeeda derived
from the eels of said bonds of Road Distriot Na. One, bearing interest at the rate oP 5-3/S
per oent per annum, said twelve thousand dollars to be borrowed in euoh amount Yrom time to
time as is neaeesary for the continuance of the road building now in progress in Road
Distriot No. One; and said Commissioner Real is authorized to eaeante notes for such some
ae he may borrow under this order.
