f{ ) s ~ The Court authorised Commission Arthur Real to exeoute a note to Charles
Sohreiner,Hanker, for and in the sum of eight thousand dollars, bearing interest at the
rata of 8-8/8 per Dent par annum from date, the said eight thousand dollars to be applied
on the amount heretofore borrowed by the said Arthur Real from Charles Sohreiper, Banker,
on the following datea,to wit:
On August 1 1818 $ 1000.00.
On January ~ 191, $$ aooo.oo.
On January 2~1, 1914, 8000.00
And euoh other amounts ae are due said bank. Said note on the faith and credit of the
road bond issue No. One, and ie to be paid out of the prooeede to be derived from the sale
of said bonds of Road Histriat No. One. The sum hereby authorized to be borrowed is in-
olneive of all sums heretofore used or borrowed under former orders of this Oonrt,
Co~pmiasioner Arthur Real is further authorized by this Court to borrow on the
faith and credit of the road bonds for Road District No. One of %err County,Texae, the
further sum not to exoeed twelve thousand dollars, to be paid out of the prooseda derived
from the sale of said bonds of Road Dietriot No. One, bearing interest at the rate of 6-8/E
per Dent per annum, said twelve thousand dollars to be borrowed in euoh amount from time tc
time ae ie neaeeeary for the continuance of the road building now in progress in Road
Dietriot No. One; and said Commissioner Real is authorized to eaeante notes for euoh sums
ae he may borrow under this order.
