On this day appeared James Sallera Sn open Court and made his report of
delinquent tease collected, under hie contract Łor the year 1913, which said report was
examined and approved, and the Clerk ordered to draw voucher on the Advalo rem fund to
pay said James Sellers oommi eaion for services rendered under hie coat rant.
It was further ordered and agreed by and between the Court and said James
Sellers that the contract be eatanded under the same terms Łor another year, commencing
the expiration. of former contract on file in this Court.

Whereea, at a former term oŁ this Court certain vouchers were drawn in
error on Road District Fund No. 1- instead oŁ on Road and Bridge Fund No. 1- for Commies-
ionare' Precinct No. 1- and it having been shown and made known to the Court that the
County 'I'reseurer is entitled to hie oo~,nmiasiona on said amount, which oommisaions amounted
to ~ 18.60, if same had been drawn on Road & Bridge Fund for Commissioners' Erecinot No. l-
and the court being desirous oŁ correcting such error, ordered auoh amount that had been
erroneously drawn on Road District Funfl Iao. 1, transferred back to its proper fund, the
Road and bridge fund f.,r Commissioners' Precinct 270. 1, and allowed the County Treasurer hie
usual commieaiona on such amounts in error, drawn.

sum oP ~ 46.32 to pay the interest accumulated on money borrowed on the bond issue of said
Road District No. 1.

On this day appeared in open L•ourt Julius Real, and LROritz Bo lekamp, and
asked the Court to eatabliah a third class road through Walter Real'e pasture, for the con-
venienca of the public; and eŁter having heard and oo nsidered their applieat ion, the Court
was of the opinion that said road was a necessity, and was there Łore ordered established ae
a third class county road, and the Pield notes to said road are here entered, to wit:
Beginning at a point in the center of %errvil7e and Turt7.e Creek situated 157 vs.
21. 42 E. from center of bed of Turtle Creek. Thence S. 16 E. 100 vs. The nee S. 44 E. 100
vs. oorssing West Creek. Thence S. 17} E. 360 vs. with fence Thence 5. 3 E. 20 vs.
c orseing fence. Thence 3. B} E. 53 va. xith right hand side fence. Thence 5. 34~ E. 729
- vs. with fence to point in center line of Turtle Creek & Center Point road. The above line
is the oentar line of the road and is 10 ft. wide on each aide oŁ this line. Containing
about 3~4 acre of land out oP Sur. No. 400 J. S. Deater and about 3~4 acre out of Sur. No.
399 J. Bloom.
