On this day appeared James Salle re in open Court and made hie report oY
delinquent terse collected, under hie contract for the year 1913, which acid report was
ezaminad and approved, and the Clerk ordsred to draw voucher on the Advalorem fund to
pay said James Sellers commieeion for eervicea rendered under hie wont rect.
It was Yurther ordered and agreed by and between the Court and said Jamee
Sellers that the aontraet ba eztended under the same terms for another year, oommanaing Yx
the expiration of Former contract on file in this Court.

error on Road District Fund No. 1- instead of on Road and Bridge Fund No. 1' Yor Commies-
ionere' Precinct No. 1- and it having been shown and made known to the Court that the
County 'Preasurer is entitled to hie oommisaiona on said amount, which oo mmieaions amounted
to ~ 18.60, if same had been drawn on Road & Bridge Fund Yor Commissioners' $recinet No. l-
and the Court being desirous of correcting such error, ordered such amount that had been
erroneously drawn on Road District Funfl Ido. 1, tranaPe rred book to its proper Fund, the
Road and Bridge Yund For Commissioners` Precinct No. 1, and allowed the County Treasurer his
usual commiesiona on such amounts in error, drawn.

asked the Court to establish a third olass road through Walter Real'e pasture, Yor the con-
venience of the puL lio; and after having heard and considered their application, the Court
was oY the opinion that said road was a neoessit y, and was therefore ordered established ae
s third class county road, and the Yield notes to said road are here entered, to wit:
