Nhereae, at a Yormer term of this Court a ertain vouchers were drawn in error on Ro¢d District Fund 270. 1- instead of on Road and Bridge Fund No. 1- for Commiss- ioners' precinct No. 1- and it having been shown and made known to the L`ourt that the County Treasurer is entitled to hie oaomiasione on said amount, whioh aommiasions amounted to ~ 18.60, if same had~been dramm on Road & Bridge Fund Yor Commissioners' 1'recinot No. l- and the Court being desirous of correcting each error, ordered such amount that had been erroneously drawn on Road District Funfl 270. 1, transferred book to its proper Fund, the Road and Bridge fund far Commissioners' Precinct No. 1, and allowed the County Treasurer his usual commiesiona on such amounts in error, drawn. On this day appeared in open Court Julius Real. and Moritz &olekamp, and asked the Court to establish a third olass road through Halter Reel's pasture, for the con- venience of the pub lla; and after having heard and considered their application, the Court was of the opinion that said road was a neoassity, and was therefore ordered est abliahed as a third olaea county road, and the field notes to said road are here entered, to wit: Beginning at a point in the center of Kerrvil.].e and Turtle Creek situated 157 vs. I7. 42 E. from center of bed of Turtle Creek. Thence 5. 16 E. 100 ve. Thence S. 44 E. 100 va. corssing Nest Creek. Thence S. 17} E. 360 ve. with fenoe Thence S. 3 E. 20 vs. corssing fence. Thence S. 8~ E. 63 ve, with right hand side fence.
