On this day appeared James Sallara in open Court and imida hie report oP
delinquent terse collected, under hie contract for the year 1913, which said report was
examined and approved, and the Clerk ordered to draw voucher on the Advalo rem fund to
pay said James Sellers oommisaion Por services rendered under hie coat rest.
It was further ordered and agreed by and between the Court and said James
Sellers that the contract be eztended under the same terms for another year, commencing Pr
the expiration of former contract on file in this Court.

Whereas, at a former term of this Court c attain vouohe re were drawn in
error on Road District Fund No. 1- instead of on Road and Bridge Fund No. 1- for Commiss-
ioners' precinct No. 1- and St having been shown and made known to the Court that the
County Treasurer is entitled to his ooinmiasiona on said amount, which commissions amounted
to $ 18.60, if same had been drawn on Road & Bridge Fund for Commissioners' ~Erecinet No. l-
and the Court being desirous of correcting such error, ordered such amount that had been
erroneously drawn on Road District Fund IJO. 1, transferred beak to its proper fund, the
Road and Bridge fund Par Commissioners' Precinct Ito. 1, and allowed the County Treasurer his
usual commissions on such amounts in error, drawn.

On this day appeared in open Court Julius Real. and ]doritz Holekamp, and
asked the Court to eatabllsh a third class road through Walter Reel's pasture, for the con-
venience of the public; and after having heard and considered their application, the Court
was of the opinion that said road was a neoeasity, and wee therefore ordered established ae
a third class county road, ahd the field notes to said road are here entered, to wit:
Beginning at a point in the center of. Kerrville and Turtle Creak situated 157 vs.

It is ordered by the Court that the Tax Collector be credited with ~~ 164.6b-
same being error in assessment in Road District Fund No. 1, assessed for year 1918 on the
rolling and intangible assets of tie San Antonio & Aransas pass Railway Company.

the following unfinished business was transacted.

On this the 2d day of March, 1914, came on to be considered the matter of purchas-
ing the 4 aohool house building bonds o3 Common School Diat rict No. 6 of gerr County,
Texas, of the denomination of $ 800.00 each, aggregating the sum of ~ 1200.00 with accrued
interest and after due consideration the Court is of the opinion that it would be to the
beet interest of the Kerr County permanent aohool fund now on hand to purchase said bonds,
paying therefor face value with accrued interest to date- and it is so ordered by the
Court. The Clerk of this Court ie hereby ordered to furnish the Depository of Eerr County
aohool funds with a certified copy of this order Por the Depository's direction in trans-
ferring, charging and crediting said'funda.

On this day acme on to be heard and considered the petition of
Obto Heinen et el. to remove a gate on the 3rd class road in Commissioners' Precinct No.
3, known as A. Bartel's road; and the Court having read and considered said petition is
of the opinion that same should bo granted.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the same be granted, and that said gate
be removed from said road, as prayed for in said petition.
