On this the 2d day of March, 1914, came on to be considered the matter of purchea-
ing the 4 sohool house building bonds oP Common School District No. b oP Kerr County,
Texas, of the denomination of ~ 300.00 each, aggregating the sum o3 $ 1200.00 with accrued
interest and after due consideration the Court is oP the opinion that it would be to the
beat interest of the Kerr County permanent sohool Hand now on hand to purchase said bond e,
paying therefor face value with accrued interest to date- and it is eo ordered by the
Court. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to furnish the Depository of Kerr County
school funds with a certified copy of this order foe the Depository's direction in trane-
Earring, charging and crediting said Punde.

of the opinion that same should be granted.
